It has been forty years since in 1967, Eduardo Ortega Prieto established this law firm, specialized in company labour rights, pionner in this field. Perhaps its seniority and experience has implied the recognition in the field, however, it is for sure that, it also has been essencial the excelence in the legal services rendered by our lawyers team and the extreme care of details and special relationship with our clients- an absolutely personalized attention that we have never lost and we will never lose and that has honoured our whole career-. We believe all these things a part of our success.

 

At the incorporation of Camil Raich and with it, the union of the firm “Raich Lopez Royo”, specialized in Civil, Real State, Corporate and Banckruptcy Law, our firm “Ortega-Raich”, currently covers every law track for companies, with the aim of offering our local and international clients, a comprehensive and multidisciplinary service, in regular legal counsel and specific transactions derived from the companies activity.

 

Recently, our firm has sealed a strategic alliance with “Estudio Juridico Baylos” (www.baylos.com) based in Madrid and specialized in Trademark, Copyright and Competition Law. It is one of most relevant firms in these fields in Spain.

 

With the abovementioned alliance, we will share our domicile in Barcelona and Madrid, as well as the rest of the common services. Nevertheless, the main reason for this alliance is to keep expanding our legal services for the current and potential clients, always with the same standars of quality and personalized attention that characterizes us.

 

Another example of the evolution of our firm is our web page, result of our strong decision to incorporate new technologies and to be able to have an even more direct contact with our clients.
